What we do with your information
Short version: we use it to help you, we do not sell it, and we do not share it without asking you first.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site, or tell us on the phone. That usually means your name, a phone number or email, the city you need help in, and whatever you choose to tell us about your situation.
This website does not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, or cross-site cookies. There is no advertising pixel on any page.
What we use it for
- To contact you back about your request
- To determine whether we can help, and to arrange intake if we can
- To coordinate services on your behalf — but only with your permission
- To keep required program records
Who sees it
Our intake and case management staff. Nobody else, unless you ask us to talk to somebody on your behalf, or the law requires it (for example, a court order, or a credible threat to someone's safety).
We do not sell, rent, trade or share your personal information with anyone for marketing.
Referrals from professionals
If a case manager or discharge coordinator sends us a referral, we expect they have the client's consent, and our form asks them to confirm that. Please do not send protected health information through the web form — call us for anything clinical.
Your choices
- You can ask us what we have on file for you.
- You can ask us to correct it.
- You can ask us to delete it, unless a program record must be kept.
- You can tell us not to leave voicemails, or to reach you only one specific way.

Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted and stored on servers we control. No system is perfect — if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information through it. Families are served through our intake process with an adult.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and change the date below.
