Why we exist
Success never comes from one service alone
It comes from having the right support at every stage of the journey.
Someone leaving a hospital with nowhere to go does not have a housing problem, or a job problem, or a benefits problem. They have all three at once, and every agency they call handles exactly one of them.
Access to Opportunity Corporation was built to be the one place that handles the whole picture. We provide supportive housing and case management, and we wrap job training, digital skills, education referrals and benefits navigation around it — because that is what actually keeps someone housed a year later.
We serve the Phoenix metro in Arizona and Houston in Texas.

How we work
- We tell people the truth. If we cannot help, we say so the same day and point somewhere that can.
- Plans are written with people, not for them.
- No timers. Short stays and long stays, based on the plan.
- We publish what most providers hide — bed counts, eligibility, and who we cannot accept.
- Free to the person served. Always.
Our approach
Wrap-around, in plain terms
A bed and a case manager. A resume and a bus pass. A benefits application and someone who knows why it got denied last time. All from the same team, at the same time.
